This recipe wouldn’t need many ingredients and preparation time. Because boil and fry are what you only have to do for its process. First, boil your potato (peeled), and once they are soft enough to mash, take them off the heat. Use a masher or fork to crush them, and it’s time to add the binders, which are all-purpose flour and cornstarch. You can add flavorings too, such as salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, etc. Mix them up, and you can form the mixture into a roll before cutting it into smaller pieces. Push a fork on each piece to flatten it out, and fry! In addition, you can enjoy it plain or add extra powders for flavor!

Even a potato goes well with the dough.

Meanwhile, after resting your dough, it’s time for some layers. You can start by flatting out your dough and adding a layer of grated mozzarella cheese. Next, add a generous amount of your potato mixture. After that, top it off with another layer of cheese, and you can start forming it into a ball shape by putting all the sides together. Once sealed, flatten it out and fry it in your pan using butter. Indulge in this cheesy hopia-kind of snack!
