USA wins Miss CosmoWorld 2023

A new cosmic queen has been chosen and she is Shelby Howell of the USA! Winning the title of Miss CosmoWorld 2023, she succeeds last year’s winner, Meiji Cruz of the Philippines.

The pageant’s world final and coronation night took place on November 29 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A total of 25 candidates competed for the crown.

A 23-year-old model and real estate agent, Shelby also won the special award for Miss Photogenic. In winning the pageant, she will be taking home a total of $100,000 or more than 5 million pesos worth of cash, services, and products.

Elda Aznar of the Philippines comes in second, finishing as 1st runner-up. Almost achieving a back-to-back win, she won many special awards. This includes Best in National Costume, Miss Glamorous, Miss Personality, and Miss Healthy.

Maryna Karpeka of Ukraine complete this year’s Top 3 as 2nd runner-up. Meanwhile, Gianna Llanes of Canada and Sandra Boris of Lithuania rounds out the Top 5 finalists.
