While they may leave us in awe, real legends are found in the chronicles of real humans. Among them is Randy Binondo, who once was a dreamer of the streets but now a conqueror of the world.

From his passion and hard work, Johnrev Skinceuticals forged its name in the beauty and wellness industry. In the present, Randy consistently builds his name both in the local and international scene through remarkable services. Although he may have reached the peak of his goals, just like any other legend, he holds a beautiful story of beginning.

Birth of a Dreamer

Streets are where the young ones play but not for the likes of Randy. The streets of his hometown in Bicol was his battleground against the cruel reality; for the fulfillment of his dreams. Struggling, he shared the same space that others just see as a playground.

Born without a silver spoon, Randy had to face obstacles back in his younger years. He had to take on responsibilities that were just way too far from how others perceive the idea of youthfulness—spirited, carefree, and fun. He began working at a young age as an ambulant street vendor, selling whatever there was to sell and he did it to support his education.

Despite the presence of the overwhelming circumstances in his journey, time revealed its plan for Randy. The streets of constraints and struggles gave birth to a dreamer. It gave him a heart fueled with passion and an eye fixed toward a great vision.

“After completing my schooling, I looked for opportunities in Manila to improve my future. I began a challenging journey in 2010 as an OFW in Dubai, overcoming the difficulties that come with living and working overseas. However, I made the decision to return to the Philippines in 2017 to start a new business.”

Randy Binondo never let the opportunities just slip through the tip of his fingers. He grabbed them tightly and took whatever risks that came with them. Ha faced them bravely and passionately—just as the dreamer the streets of Bicol had raised him to become. On the other hand, Randy never perceived dreaming the end but a guide towards the destination he had set for himself.

Story of a Survivor

As Randy continued to hold onto the power of his dreams, he slowly got to tick the boxes beside the goals he had both in mind and heart. From walking and selling through the Bicolano streets, he began venturing into the world of business. And in 2017, he established Two Guys Burger in Antipolo.

His dedication and effort proved themselves through the success that his business achieved. He was able to open other branches in Camarines Sur, Bicol, Baguio City, and Silang, Cavite. Also, he got the chance to pursue his other interests such as becoming a Zumba instructor and did several classes in Shangri-La and Meralco. Looking back at his past experiences, it seemed like Randy was slowly getting a hold of the fun that his responsibilities took from him back in his younger days.

On the other hand, life seemed to have a constant challenge for Randy that once again tried his determination and the fire to dream and realize them. As the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, he also had to face struggles of his own. He had to close all the branches of his burger business.

Although life seemed to have set constant obstacle courses on his journey towards success, this dreamer had his eyes set straight to his goals. He kept on looking for ways to deal with waves of life. He began conducting online zumba sessions but the income was not enough. By that time, Randy remembered a chance but it seemed to be a destined encounter before pandemic came.

“A week before the pandemic, I participated in a Zumba event in La Union where I was approached by one of the sponsors, who happened to be the brand owner, and offered me the opportunity to promote and sell their whitening and slimming coffee product. I was hesitant at first since I didn’t know much about selling these kinds of products.”

Randy thought of giving it a shot and began selling ten boxes at first. To his surprise, the products were sold out in just two days. The response to the field he just ventured surprised him but he also knew that another door opened for him. So, he took it and did it with strong heart, vivid mind, and a brave spirit—writing his story as a survivor.

Rise of the Conqueror

With a vision of a dreamer and a heart of a survivor, he braved the risks of pursuing beauty and wellness industry. And so, from dipping his toe to the water, Randy Binondo later sets his foot on solid ground and became the conqueror he is today. But just like any victor, he had to go through the process that each made him stronger.

He began as a retailer of the products he sold, allowing him to understand the business more. His excellence and hard work paid even more when he became a city distributor. On the other hand, the industry knew that his potential cannot be confined in the walls of a city. Randy then became a provincial distributor, expanding his networks and market to penetrate. Little did he know that he was actually set to be the conqueror of a bigger space.

“Over time, my position evolved into that of a National and International Depot and Franchisee for various brands through perseverance and dedication.”

Going international in the present, Randy established Johnrev Skinceuticals as a strong name for distributors and resellers around the globe. They have entered the competitive markets of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brunei, the UK, Norway, Germany, Italy, and several European nations. They also have set their foot in the Middle East, proving their excellence in serving the community and the industry.

Far from being the mere dreamer walking the Bicolano streets, Randy now graces the global stage for beauty and wellness. On the other hand, he has always kept his feet on the ground, paying homage to his beginnings and experiences. He would always remind himself that the things he enjoys now are because of those he had to endure in the past.
