Last year, Josh priorly obtained the limelight as he hinted at turning attention to his individual musicality. In June 2022, he introduced Ocho, his cousin who released his first single titled Sofa. A remix version of the same song later came out, featuring rap participation from Josh.

Although the collaboration is already enough of a surprise, Josh also named his cousin his exclusive producer. In turn, this led to the conclusion that he is highly likely to debut solo soon.

Additionally, before premiering his new logo on Tuesday, Josh changed the icon of all his accounts across social media pages. This move is reminiscent of the stunt pulled by his bandmates FELIP and Pablo, who each venture into their solo music months apart.

Meanwhile, Josh has not yet made an official confirmation other than a call to anticipate what will arrive. He said, “That surely wasn’t enough for you, was it? If you’re hungry for more, follow my YT channel, where I’ll be leaving hints for something special to come.”

“10 days. Wait for me. I’m coming for all of you,” he ended his caption.

As a member of SB19, Josh is a lead rapper, dancer, and sub-vocalist. Outside his group, he is an artist of growth with many awaiting to see his full potential. Whatever he is preparing, it is surely an outcome of hard work and perseverance.
