Let’s start with the typical and easiest way to cook a tilapia, let’s fry it. Here, we just need to first clean the fish properly, season it then fry in a heated oil for best results.
This dish is perfect when you have soy sauce with tomatoes and chili on it since it gives an extra flavor to the fish.

Sarciadong isda or commonly known as fish with sauce is a dish made from leftover fried tilapia cooked once again with eggs, tomato and onions and any other ingredients you want to add.
Honestly, this is one of my favorites since I like eggs and it also contains a small amount of broth that is really tasty and delicious.
