IG RAID: Every fangirls’ faves from Hakken’s amazing cosplays

Fangirls and fanboys alike are in awe of Hakken‘s amazing portrayals of well-loved anime characters. Earning Hakken the title, ‘Instagram Heartthrob‘. But I believe more than their good-looking face drew people in.

Hakken is a famous Malaysian cosplayer, influencer and model. In 2017, they started uploading on Instagram with a Jumin Han (from the video fame, Mystic Messenger) cosplay. Said photo has caught the eyes of both gamers and cosplay fans, creating a solid fanbase for them.

Recently, Hakken, along with two other famous cosplayers (K.Nite, and Shunsuke), joined the growing family of Alodia Gosiengfiao and Tryke Gutierrez’s Tier One Entertainment.

Let’s fall even more in love with Hakken on their amazing almost-accurate portrayal of our favourite anime and game characters on their Instagram posts.

Tokyo Revengers’ Draken

This is one of Hakken’s latest cosplay photos posted on their Instagram. You can see the effortless charisma that they exude as Draken with a shaved head and signature dragon tattoo. No one can also miss the uncanny resemblance of those blonde locks to the anime counterpart.

Not familiar with this series? Draken or Ken Ryuguji is the vice-president and one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang from the anime Tokyo Revengers.

Jujutsu Kaisen’s Kento Nanami

Let’s settle this once and for all. With the lack of Nanami cosplayers, let’s agree to disagree. But this one right here is probably one of the hottest cosplays of Kento Nanami. Hakken did more than slay, and they owned this look.

With that solemn look, blonde hair and iconic suit combo, there is no doubt at first glance that this is Nanami. For those unacquainted with the famous series, Kento Nanami is from Jujutsu Kaisen.

Jujutsu Kaisen’s Fushiguro Toji

There surely is a certain appeal to dark-haired villains, and this might be one of those you learn to love. Cosplaying Toji, we can see the likeness of Hakken’s portrayal of one of the main antagonists in an arc of the series. From the black hair to the scar on the left side of his lips.

Toji is a fan favourite among the Jujutsu fandom. And to see him brought to life by no other than Hakken, surely is a fangirl’s dream come true.

Kimetsu no Yaiba’s Tomioka Giyuu

Tomioka Giyuu is definitely is a beloved character from the Demon Slayer series. Part of the nine Hashira’s and the one who found the siblings Kamado Tanjiro and Nezuko. Known for his aloof and cold personality, Hakken has successfully captured the lonesome air of Giyuu.

With the caption ‘First set for my best boy, Giyuu’, Giyuu might as well be one of Hakken’s favourite characters.

BJ Alex’s Ahn Jiwon

For those who read the Korean Webtoon and fans of BL manhwas, Jiwon may be a familiar face. The moment these photos were released, they immediately went viral, garnering readers’ attention to the said series. If you know, you know.

Naruto’s Uchiha Itachi

Another well-loved anti-villain, Itachi, is another fan favourite. Everybody probably knows Naruto, both the manga and anime series. Hakken has dressed up as Uchiha Itachi, one of the main trio, Uchiha Sasuke’s older brother.

For Itachi’s look, Hakken sports the classic black hair of the Uchiha clan, the iconic Akatsuki cloak, and a forehead protector. In this post, we can see the ‘Sharingan’, a distinctive characteristic of the Uchiha clan.

One article is not enough to feature all of Hakken’s amazing cosplays. The older fans, who were there from the beginning, would be so proud of the growth they exhibit at present. Truly, every fangirls’ dream is being brought by Hakken to life.
