Apparently, ‘Insatiable’ got cancelled after two seasons

I guess, Netflix isn’t craving any more Insatiable. Apparently, the dark comedy Insatiable got cancelled after two seasons, cast member Alyssa Milano confirmed via Twitter. “We will not be coming back, sadly,” she wrote in response to a fan asking for updates on the third season.

The news comes four months after the second installment premiered on the streaming platform. For those who aren’t aware, Insatiable is a comedy series stars Debby Ryan as Patty, a formerly overweight teenager who exacts revenge on those who bullied her. The cast also includes Alyssa Milano, Erinn Westbrook, Sarah Colonna, Kimmy Shields, Irene Choi, Arden Myrin, Dallas Roberts, Christopher Gorham, Michael Provost, Jordan Gelber, and James Lastovic.

“This is sadly true. We had the most fun creating this show. I want to thank the fans who gave us a shot and kept coming back for more. Season 1 & 2 are still streaming. P.S. Any thoughts on who was Coralee’s baby daddy? I guess we will never know. #Insatiable,” Milano wrote on Twitter.

In fact, in its second and final season, the Philippines’ very own Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz made a cameo appearance as another pageant coach who played a vital role in Patty’s growth and transformation.
