SB19 introduces 1Z Entertainment; leader Pablo posts as CEO

After their consistent breakthroughs in the music industry, PPop Kings SB19 debuts their own company, 1Z Entertainment. The announcement was made days prior to the group’s celebration of their fifth anniversary.

In a Youtube live session at SB19’s official channel on Sunday, October 1, the group officially introduced 1Z Entertainment to the public and presented their leader Pablo as its chief executive officer.

5 years ago when SB19 was just starting. Together, we had a dream. That dream was to have Filipino music, Filipino talent, and the whole Filipino culture to be pinned into the world map.

The “La Luna” singer shared the process that the group went through in building 1Z Entertainment. Since their early beginnings as rising Pinoy Pop boy group, SB19 envisioned bringing Filipino pride into the international spotlight. And challenging their observations in the industry played a significant part in their venture to establishing the company. A lot were doubtful on their vision, but the group stood firm and continued their journey.

The newly-introduced CEO also gave a brief background on the origin of the company’s name, which according to Pablo was a play on the word “zone”. Taking the O-N-E onto the other size of the Z. Pablo also noted that this represents “the zone”, which for the group is a sanctuary and a space where artists could experience holistic growth.

Meanwhile, SB19 member Justin explained the meanings behind the cool-looking logo of 1Z Entertainment. He especially highlighted 3 key elements of the image. Justin shared that the pillar represents the support that the company provides to the artists while the extended diagonal strokes symbolizes the “breaking of norms and space for growth of the artists.”

Moreover, the logo also holds the equilibrium symbol to highlight their harmonious relationship with the artists, teams, partners, advocates and supporters. Justin also expressed the group’s excitement to see their company grow in the coming years.

What’s next for the PPop Kings and A’TIN?

Although the members now play significant roles in running the company, SB19 still remains as SB19, and in the same live session, they announced surprises for A’TIN!

Members Ken, Josh, and Stell gave cities for their Pagtatag World Tour Asia, which includes Capitol Theatre, Singapore on November 15; Krank Siam Pic-Ganesha Theatre on November 19; and Sheikh Rashid Auditorium on November 24.

Meanwhile, the group also announced one-month celebration of their half-a-decade reign as PPop Kings for the whole month of October, One Zone. This three-part celebration seemed to be an all-out treat for A’TIN, following their release of Atin Atin Lang podcast episodes every Monday this month. SB19 also teased on the upcoming Showbreak episode on October 19. Lastly, the PPop Kings announced One Zone: Half a Decade Celebration Fanmeet, which tickets would be available starting October 2.

Seeing this development in the career of SB19 members, these icons truly continues to be on top of the game while also preparing long-term initiatives for the Filipino talent to strive globally. SB19 remains true to their statement on getting into the zone and breaking the norms.
