Philippines is hailed 2nd runner-up of Mister Cosmopolitan 2023
Ivan Aikon Ignacio of the Philippines concluded his Mister Cosmopolitan 2023 journey on a high note as he finished among the Top 5 finalists, placing as 2nd runner-up.
The pageant’s inaugural edition took place on October 8 at The Platform Performing Art Theatre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Blake Johnston of the US won the title, besting out 14 other candidates.
Completing the winner’s circle are Abdul Rahim Bin Mahmood of Singapore (1st runner-up), Yothin Romthaisong of Thailand (2nd runner-up), and Joshua Saunders of Australia (4th runner-up).
Hailing from San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, Ivan is 22 years old and works as a commercial model. Hailing from the reigning Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023 court, he is the third from his batch to compete internationally.
A solid performer from start to finish, Ivan definitely made the country very proud.

An emerging international male beauty pageant, Mister Cosmopolitan is based in Malaysia. The pageant, whose motto is “Gentlemen – noble heart,” aims to give equal opportunity and platform to all gentlemen in the world.
