Filipino singer and songwriter Zack Tabudlo is over the moon after learning that Jungkook of BTS listened to one of his tracks.
On Tuesday night, Tabudlo said he woke up finding out netizens were talking about him on social media. He later discovered that Jungkook of BTS participated in why his name blew up online. The singer could not contain his reaction, as seen in a tweet dated March 14:
“So I just woke up, and apparently, I was blowing up on social media. THE JUNGKOOK. THE GOLDEN MAKNAE– JUST LISTENED TO ‘GIVE ME YOUR FOREVER.’ I can now die in peace. Holy shit. He even said he added my song to his playlist,” Tabudlo exclaimed.
His candid response on Twitter garnered 728,000 views and almost 40,000 likes as of writing.

Earlier the same day, Jungkook hosted a live stream on the Korean web platform Weverse. During his stream, a Filipino fan requested the idol listen to Give Me Your Forever by Zack Tabudlo, saying he might like it. Jungkook consequently complied and jammed to the song.
While listening, the global idol complemented Tabudlo’s voice. He gratified the fan and noted that he would add the track to his music library. Filipino Army immediately rejoiced online following this encounter, with the news finally reaching Tabudlo.
In a separate tweet, the Paano and Binibini singer thanked a user that claimed they were behind the suggestion. “Big shoutout to @koobviously for requesting GMYF. You’re a legend. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” Tabudlo wrote.
Tabudlo started his career as a contestant in the pioneer season of The Voice Kids. He is currently among the most popular OPM figures, known for his other masterpieces, Nangangamba, Yakap, and Habang Buhay.
Last year, Tabudlo topped Spotify Philippines as the most-streamed Filipino artist of 2022.
