Miss Universe 2022 musical performers revealed
While Miss Universe is all about the swimsuits, gowns, Q & A, and the candidates themselves, there’s always room for some form of entertainment to break the tension. Luckily, the pageant is bringing five musical talents. The best part? All of them are natives of New Orleans!
In an Instagram post, the organization announces the list of acts that will serenade on the night of the coronation. The caption reads “Dun Dun Dun [musical notes emoji] MEET OUR PERFORMERS!”.
These include the artists Big Freedia, Big Sam’s Funky Nation, Yolanda Adams, Amanda Shaw, and Tank and the Bangas.
Aside from being a performer, Big Freedia will also serve as a judge during the finale. She will join other members of the selection committee which consists of the following: Ximena Navarette, Mara Martine, Wendy Fitzwilliam, Emily Austin, Olivia Quido, Myrka Dellanos, and Sweta Patel.

As a city and a beach person—when the sun is out—expect Vee to spend hours getting lost in the concrete jungle or laying by the shoreline with both finishing the day by watching a beautiful sunset.
