Nadine Lustre is not just an actress — she is a brand

Nadine Lustre is setting the bar high as she goals to be a brand.

In the interview of a local fashion magazine, Lustre made a statement as a cover girl. “I’m going on a different path. I don’t want to be just artista Nadine anymore. I want Nadine Lustre to be a brand.”

The famous actress also expressed that she wants to do music and fashion which is completely different path from what she was doing before.

Last 2018, Lustre entered the beauty industry with her makeup line Lustrous under BYS. She is also a part of Careless Music Manila,  an indie label started by her ex-boyfriend James Reid. The actress wants to focus on these two field.

“For this year, (the) first few months, I’m going to be releasing a lot of music. That involves a lot of writing and conceptualizing. I also want to do a lot of photo shoots. I don’t have to be in front of the camera,” she said.

Meanwhile in her beauty brand, she stated, “my goal talaga for is to international. But we still have a lot of work to do. I really want to focus on the look of Lustrous. Our first two collections were super thematic, so I feel like for the next collection, we want it to have a standard look. I’m sure we’re going to have a lot more collections (coming), but I just want it to be cohesive.”

This past few weeks, Lustre has been in several news regarding on her breakup with Reid and her controversial contract termination with Viva.
