Classic Fudge 

Let’s keep things basic, to begin with. To make the easiest fudge ever, all you need is:

  • 300g chocolate
  • 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter


1. Using foil or parchment paper, line a square baking sheet. Butter the inside of the pan. Set aside

2. Chop the chocolate and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and butter in a medium pot.

3. Simmer, stirring regularly, over low heat until melted and combined, then cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.

5. Set aside at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Cut it into squares, and Enjoy!

Milo Mug Cake

If you haven’t heard of mug cakes yet, you’re about to be blown away. Another easy-to-make dessert!

You will need:

  • 2 cups of Milo powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 large tablespoons of condensed milk


  1. Put Milo powder, eggs, and condensed milk in a small bowl and mix them until they are smooth.
  2. Pour the cake batter into a large glass bowl and steam it for 1 hour.
  3. Serve the cake with chocolate sauce (optional) and chocolate sprinkles (optional).

Oreo Ice Cream Perfect for Dessert

Who doesn’t love ice creams, right? And Oreos! Let’s make easy yet delicious cookies and cream ice cream.

You will need:

  • 18 Oreo cookies, divided 
  • 1 can (400g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream, cold


  1. Crushed 14 Oreos.
  2. Put cold heavy cream in a big bowl and whip it until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat on low until it is mixed in. Add the crushed cookies and fold them in.
  4. Put the mixture in a container or dish, sprinkle the top with 3–4 more crushed cookies, and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Leche Flan

Leche flan is always a great dessert. It is sweet and creamy, and the caramelized sugar on top adds a bittersweet flavor.

You will need:

  • 5 pcs medium-sized eggs

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)

  5. The flan should almost be set, but the middle should still be soft. You can check if the flan is done by sticking a toothpick in the middle. The toothpick should have very little to no custard on it.

You will need:

  • 10 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream, cold
  • 1/3 cup (40g) Powdered sugar


  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a blender or a food processor, and set them aside.
  2. Heavy cream and powdered sugar are whipped into stiff peaks in a large bowl.
  3. Crushed Oreos should be added. Transfer into a piping bag. Pour into dishes to serve.
  4. Put in the fridge for at least four hours.
  5. Add a half of an Oreo cookie to the top.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Three-ingredient peanut butter cookies are another quick sweet made using everyday ingredients that taste great!

You will need:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Roll the mixture into tiny balls and place it on a baking sheet, producing a criss-cross pattern using a fork.
  1. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet then transfer to a platter.
