Huminga: The MindNation’s Facebook Live Stream
MindNation’s Facebook streamed live on Saturday, May 29 at 7 PM. Zild’s album inspired the whole stream. Aside from that, the stream talks about the importance of mental health. It also featured ways to care for one’s mental health, and lastly, the ways of coping up with emotions especially the negatives.
First, MindNation conducted a survey via Instagram story where users can express themselves. Then, they presented the answers anonymously. These became the topics of the live stream.
Zild, Ace Libre of Never the Strangers, Dr. Riyan Portuguez of Your Millenial Psychologist, and Chief Marketing Officer of MindNation Cat Triviño became the guests of that night’s live stream.
Without a doubt, Dr. Portuguez complimented the song and told Zild that it’s “perfect for mental health awareness month.”
Zild agrees and claims that he wants people to take some time out if necessary. To conclude, Huminga tells people that it’s okay to breathe.
It’s valid to put yourself first- huminga ka.
