Succeeding Isabella Menin of Brazil, Fuster bested out 68 other candidates. The pageant’s final show and coronation took place on October 25 at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

A 24-year-old model, television personality, and broadcaster from Callao, Fuster is a Communication and Marketing student at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Now a two-time international beauty pageant titleholder, her first crown was in 2016 when she won the Miss Teen pageant.
In the history of the pageant, Peru becomes the first nation to win the title twice. As luck would have it, both of their victories took place in Vietnam. 11 years prior, Maria Jose Lora brought their first win in 2017.
Lin Eain of Myanmar comes in second, placing as first runner-up. A noteworthy finish considering that the country will be hosting Miss Grand International next year.
Rounding up the Top Five are Maria Alejandra Lopez of Colombia (second runner-up), USA’s Sthephanie Miranda (third runner-up), and Lê Hoàng Phương of Vietnam (fourth runner-up).
Furthermore, this year’s Top 10 finalists are awarded as the fifth runners-up. Completing this year’s grand court, they are:
- Eugénia das Neves of Angola
- Skarxi Marte of the Dominican Republic
- Ritassya Wellgreat of Indonesia
- Melissa Bottema of the Netherlands
- Thaweeporn Phingchamrat of Thailand.
Meanwhile, Philippine representative Nikki de Moura failed to place in the pageant’s Top 20. This marks the country its fifth unsuccessful attempt to enter the semifinals.

As a city and a beach person—when the sun is out—expect Vee to spend hours getting lost in the concrete jungle or laying by the shoreline with both finishing the day by watching a beautiful sunset.
