Loki Madness: What to expect in Loki Season 2?

Loki Season 1 was something else. Paving the way to the start of the Multiverse saga, MCU fans are now craving Loki’s next installation. Thankfully, the fans would not have to wait any longer. Loki Season 2 is set to return on Disney + this Summer of 2023. What can the MCU fans expect in the upcoming series?

Sylvie’s Plan

Sylvie’s plan backfired against her immediately. After slaying Kang the Conqueror, different timelines misaligned which caused the start of a Multiverse War.

In the end scene of Loki’s Season 1 final episode, Loki arrived at a new timeline where Kang the Conqueror is the leader of the TVA. He then approached Mobius and Hunter B-15. However, both of them don’t remember nor recognized Loki. According to theories, Sylvie might recognize Him because after all, she was the one who killed He Who Remains and sent Him to this reality.

Loki’s Army

One theory suggests that a TVA uprising could be on the horizon. Loki could be the key to this horizon. After TVA soldiers’ minds were erased and rebooted away from their own timeline, He could use this to help them remember things. Once they all remembered that they were kidnapped and brainwashed from their own timelines, the whole TVA army could unite to take down Kang.

Kang is here

It is pretty obvious, right? Loki might know it. Kang the Conqueror is the next supervillain in the upcoming Avengers Secret Wars. In Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness we saw and learned more about the concept of the multiverse. Could we end up seeing Wanda or the Scarlet Witch team up with Doctor Strange?

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’s main antagonist looks to be Kang the Conquerer. This means, there are still a lot of possibilities that these characters might show up and team together to slay He Who Remains.
