Being mentally prepared is easy to be said, but hard to do. Before starting something that needs your full attention, you need to be determined. Make sure that you are really ready to do something and you can also set a goal when you expect to finish a task.

Remove distraction

In our modern society where everyone has a phone, getting rid of them is also not easy. It is recommended to put your bag in a place where you cannot easily reach it. You can also set your phone to “Do Not Disturb” mode to avoid any other unnecessary notifications or sounds.

Organize and prioritize things you need to focus on
