Teddie and Alex Salazar online reunion makes us feel warm inside

This quarantine period has been testing our mental and emotional stability, and watching our favorite movies has been helping us to cope up. 2013 iconic Filipino film Four Sisters and a Wedding has become part of local pop culture — and seeing our favorite characters, Teddie and Bobbie, reunited online after roughly 8 years is definitely making us warm inside.

Toni Gonzaga, who played Teddie, had a conversation with Angel Locsin, the third Salazar sister Alex, in a new online show I Feel U streamed via Star Cinema’s official YouTube channel. These two award-winning actresses talked about the popularity of the phenomenal film, which also starred Bea Alonzo (Bobbie) and Shaina Magdayao (Gabbi).

After more than half a decade, Four Sisters and a Wedding is still one of the most talked about films. During their conversation, Angel shared her thoughts about the success of the film.

“‘Pag gumagawa kasi tayo ng pelikula, hindi mo maiisip na, ‘Ay, malaki impact nito sa mga tao.’ Gusto mo lang pagandahin ‘yung trabaho mo, hindi ka mapagalitan ni direk, sana kumita. Iyon lang ‘yung na sa isip mo sa mga panahon na ‘yun, eh,” Angel said.

“Magugulat ka na lang na hanggang ngayon, na sa Netflix siya, nag-te-trending pa rin siya,” she added.

Moreover, these two actresses talked about some of the memorable moments while doing the film. On the other hand, Toni praised Angel’s humanitarian efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.
