Puregold officially launches new mobile shopping app

Puregold officially launched today its newest mobile app that allows you to skip the long lines in its cashier checkout for a more convenient way of grocery shopping.

The app was designed by Puregold and Globe Telecom to adapt to consumer’s evolving needs especially in keeping pace with the technology when it comes to a better way of shopping.

Stands for ‘Sally’ or Shopping Ally, Puregold Mobile provides a cart-less grocery shopping by just simply scanning the barcode of the items you want to purchase on the app and wait for confirmation. Shoppers can also search the product name or category.

Good thing about the app is that you can do other important matters instead of hauling around a cart and falling in line. The assigned pickers and baggers will put together your basket while waiting. In fact, you can also come back to pick up your groceries at a later time.

Meanwhile, grocery shoppers can pay via cash at the store, credit/debit card, or GCASH. The app also allows shoppers to reorder products from the order history. This feature is perfect for those who have ‘sari-sari stores’ who need to replenish stocks.

Furthermore, shoppers can also get real-time responses through the ASK SALLY in-app chat for more grocery-related questions.
