Angelica Panganiban isolates away from fiancé and daughter after testing positive for COVID-19
Prominent Filipino Pop Culture icon and actress Angelica Panganiban revealed that she contracted the novel coronavirus and is currently isolating away from her fiancé Gregg Homan and their daughter Amila Sabine.
On her Instagram page on January 12, Thursday, Angelica expressed a longing for her family while showing a screenshot of their video call. This comes along with a photo of a COVID-19 test kit with a positive result.
“Nauubusan na ko ng positive thoughts. [Please] send help. I miss you family,” she said.
Angelica then received well wishes from fellow celebrities Maxene Magalona, Anne Curtis, Iza Calzado, Carla Abellana, and Alora Sasam. The sweet personalities swiftly sent food, flowers, and balloons to Angelica.
The actress earlier organized a surprise bridal shower for her friend and fellow actress Glaiza de Castro. Other celebrities who attended the party were Maxene Magalona, Isabel Oli, Kakai Bautista, and Sheena Halili.
Panganiban gave birth to Amila, her first child with Homan, last September 20, then revealed the child’s face to the public in October. In the same month, the couple made their engagement public and disclosed that Homan popped the question when Panganiban was four months into her pregnancy.
