Time freeze for negativity! While there are a few insensitive people out there hoarding the basic necessities, there are  still more acts of kindness in this troubled situation.

Filipinos are not only known for their hospitality and resilience during times of crisis. We are all also popular for our compassion among people, especially those in great need.

Recently, the famous ‘Bayanihan Spirit‘ ruled in the city of Dinalupihan in Bataan as some residents voluntarily rejected the relief goods given by their local government unit or LGU to be able to cater to poorer families within the community.

Moreover, according to the Philippine Information Agency of Bataan, an estimate of P15 million were allotted for the purchasing of relief goods in Dinalupihan. In fact, this led to 26,500 packs for distribution.

We heal as one

In a Facebook post of DILG Bataan, they boasted of their residents’ attitude and approach to the global pandemic.
