In just a few weeks, Binibining Pilipinas International 2022 Nicole Borromeo will be flying to Japan as she will represent the country at Miss International 2023. Preparing for the competition for almost a year, she is finally in full bloom and is ready to win.
Glowing with excitement and already giving us that winning aura, Nicole looked beautiful during her send-off ceremony last September 27. Spearheaded by Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc., the event took place at the Quantum Skyview of the New Gateway Mall 2.

A change in the yearly tradition, this year’s public send-off is a first for Binibining Pilipinas. Previously an exclusive media event, the organization provided pageant fans the opportunity to personally send their well-wishes and farewell to the Pinay beauty queen.
Aside from the supporters, present at the event were Nicole’s family and friends and members of the press. Past and present Binining Pilipinas queens also graced the event.
These include 2022 2nd runner-up Stacey Gabriel, Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental 2022 Gabrielle Basiano, 2023 runners-up Katrina Johnson and Atasha Parani as well as Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2023 Anna Valencia.
Nicole, who is 24 years old will be vying to win the country its seventh Miss International crown. Hailing from Cebu, she is an Interior Design student from the University of San Carlos School of Architecture, Fine Arts and Design.
An advocate for holistic wellbeing and art therapy, she is also an active volunteer for relief operations in typhoon-stricken places.
Miss International 2023 will be taking place on October 26 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan.
