Andrea Rubio of Venezuela is Miss International 2023
The pageant powerhouse continues to reign supreme as Andrea Rubio of Venezuela bags the title of Miss International 2023! Besting 69 other candidates, she becomes the ninth woman from her country to win the pageant.
Succeeding Jasmine Selberg of Germany, the pageant’s coronation took place on October 26 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan.
Andrea Rubio of Venezuela is Miss International 2023
A 24-year-old social communicator, entrepreneur, and content creator from Caracas, Andrea holds a degree in Audiovisual Communications and Multimedia from the University of La Sabana in Colombia.
She speaks two language: Spanish and English and is an advocate of gender equality.
Sofia Osio of Colombia finishes as first runner-up while Camila Diaz of Peru comes in third, placing as second runner-up. Nicole Borromeo of the Philippines is named third runner-up, and Vanessa Hayes of Bolivia rounds up the Top Five as fourth runner-up.
