He debuted in 2018 with the digital single Stay Here. He released his first full-length album Fireworks in 2021 with the title track Right Now. He became famously known for the soundtrack in Itaewon Class. He, then, followed it with other amazing covers of Blackpink‘s How You Like That, Lovesick Girls, and ROSÉ‘s On The Ground.
Aside from that, he also remained a part of the band KAVE, a Korean musical and production collective. The group consists of four other members. Aside from Gaho, he also performs with Keninu, Ownr, Hyun, and Bgnt. Established in 2020, they became famous with the Itaewon Class‘s original soundtrack, Start Over.
Start Over
“I can fly the sky, never gonna stay!”
If you need courage and motivation to do things, just play this song and you will radiate the positive energy it gives. Furthermore, you will feel more inspired to reach for your goals after all the challenges. Gaho’s original soundtrack for the K-drama Itaewon Class gained attention in 2020 when his popularity starts.
Running
“Start from now and run ahead. Running running with you.”
Running and Start Over share a similar concept that keeps a person energized and uplifted. It conveys a message to keep achieving your dreams even if you failed many times. So, keep running and be successful in your own way! The track is part of the tracks in the series Start-Up in 2020.
Wish
“I want to walk with you wherever it is.”
Gaho released a song for the K-drama Stranger 2 in 2020. Unlike his past OST for a series, this is an emotional track. It talks about the desire to live happily together with their loved ones.
Where In The Fog
“Show me your smile on your face even it’s just in my dreams.”
For the drama Why Her, Gaho showcased his amazing vocal with this sentimental song. Also, he really sounds brokenhearted and lets his emotion flows.
Gaho and his band KAVE will perform in Hallyuween 2022 this October 29 at the Mall of Asia Arena. CL, Epik High, KARD, PENTAGON, DJ SODA, and P-Pop group BGYO will also perform at the said event.
