Pandemic has changed our way of traveling. From wearing a mask and face shield to a required RT-PCR test result. Individuals who have acquired full vaccination can now travel to the Philippines safely. Sounds good right? People can now unwind and relax not in their house but in a real vacation place. On the other hand, travelers must know the requirements and protocols needed when traveling this pandemic.
Department of Tourism (DOT) encourages travelers to explore the Philippines as the government lessens travel restrictions. Recently, a S.A.F.E.T.R.I.P. campaign video that organized by DOT featuring Scarlet Snow Belo is released to remind people of what to do during traveling. It urges the public to Sanitize, Avoid mass gatherings, wear Face masks, use Electronic payments, always have your Temperature checked, follow Rules and regulations, stay updated on the latest Information, and observe Physical distancing.
But, what places can we visit during this pandemic? Worry no more! We can start traveling to these two beautiful places that will ease the stress brought by the pandemic.
Boracay
An island popular with its powdery white sand beach, clear and now clean water, spectacular sunset, and more. The shores can now be filled with people who miss the beach life. Recently, the island received a World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) Safe Travels Stamp indicating that it adopted world-recognized health protocols.
Here are some requirements when you visit the island.

- Itinerary
- Flight details
Additionally, travelers coming from Metro Manila (National Capital Region), Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal, and Laguna needs requirement like S-PaSS or Safe, Swift and Smart Passage to visit the place.
Baguio
You probably miss the cold and chill vibes of this place. Get some relaxation and travel with popular tourist attractions such as Camp John Hay, Strawberry Farms, Mines View Park, and of course the Burnham Park. The City of Pines opens its place for those individuals who already received full vaccination.
