Pauline Amelinckx and her aspirational and inspirational pageant journey throughout the years
Starting as an #EmPAUwering Filipina, Pauline Amelinckx has now won the hearts of many and is an Aspirational and Inspirational queen in her own right. Despite placing as first runner-up, Pauline’s achievement is still a monumental feat that deserves its own recognition.
By reaching the Top 5, Pauline brings the Philippines its second highest placement at the Miss Supranational, after Mutya Datul’s win ten year earlier. She also continued the country’s long and active placement streak, becoming the eleventh consecutive Filipina to reach the semifinals.
Truly an impressive set of accomplishments that only someone like Pauline can pull off, her journey into becoming a Miss Philippines has been both a ride and a long overdue. A girl that needs no introduction, Pauline has had a long and fruitful career in the Philippine pageant industry.

Mutya ng Pilipinas 2018
Pauline made her national pageant debut when she competed at Mutya ng Pilipinas in 2018. Taking home, the crown for Mutya ng Pilipinas Global Beauty Queen 2018, Pauline would also win the special award for Best in Terno.
Set to compete at Miss Global Beauty Queen 2018 , however, the pageant was unfortunately postponed.
Miss Universe Philippines 2020
In 2020, Pauline would then cross over to the newly established Miss Universe Philippines pageant. Emerging as a huge favorite in the competition, Pauline dominated the preliminary competition by winning four special awards. These includes Face of the Universe, Miss Creamsilk, Downy Sweetheart Award, and Miss Cetaphil Sun.
In the end, she finished third runner-up to eventual winner, Rabiya Mateo of Iloilo City. The Miss Universe Philippines organization would later name Pauline as its ambassador for tourism.
Miss Universe Philippines 2022
After fulfilling her obligations as third runner-up, Pauline would compete at Miss Universe Philippines for a second time. Joining in 2022, she ultimately finished third behind Pasay City’s Celeste Cortesi, winning the title of Miss Universe Philippines Charity.
Miss Universe Philippines 2023
Third time’s truly a charm as Pauline set out for her third and last attempt by competing at Miss Universe Philippines 2023. With her past two experience in tow, she came back stronger—more determined, and definitely more confident.
During the preliminary competition, Pauline would again emerge as the favorite as she won ten special awards.
At the finals, Pauline culminated her journey by landing in the Top 5 with Michelle Dee of Makati taking the crown.
Miss Supranational 2023
Following her Top 5 finish, Pauline was then appointed as Miss Supranational Philippines 2023 in a separate crowning ceremony. Finally achieving her dream of representing the country in an international stage, Pauline only had roughly two months to prepare.
With continuous fighting spirit as well as the strong support of her people, Pauline manages to excel in many of the pre-pageant challenges and activities. Hailing as the winner of the Supra Chat challenge, Pauline advances to the Top 24.
Giving her all from start to finish, Pauline eventually concluded her journey with a first runner-up finish. Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador won the title.
