Netflix releases ‘Bridgerton Season 2’ official trailer + new photos
Inspired by Julia Quinn’s novel, Netflix released the official trailer and new photos for the second season of the period drama series Bridgerton.
Last month, the streaming company announced that the series will again hit the screens on March 25. Brought by Netflix, Shondaland, and creator Chris Van Dusen, everyone is to witness yet another romantic, scandalous, and clever series.
What awaits us in the second season?
Anchored by his duty to uphold his family name, the second season unfolds eldest Bridgerton sibling, Lord Anthony Bridgerton’s (Jonathan Bailey) quest for love. In his search for a suitable wife, he met two sisters hailing from India.
New faces of the season Kate (Simone Ashley)and Edwina (Charithra Chandran) Sharma are to be anticipated.
On the other hand, the original cast from the first season will be returning including Phoebe Dynevor (Daphne Basset), Luke Newton (Colin Bridgerton), Ruth Gemmell (Violet Bridgerton), and more.
Moreover, the new set of photos unveils a fan favorite Pall Mall game from the book. This is being adapted for the screen this season.
