Lars Pacheco wins Miss International Queen Philippines 2023

The search is finally over as the most beautiful transgender Filipina has been crowned! Congratulations to Bulacan’s Lars Pacheco for bagging the title of Miss International Queen Philippines 2023. Besting out 24 other candidates, the coronation night took place on March 11 at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City.

A 25-year-old beauty queen, model, and content creator, Lars will serve as the defending candidate at Miss International Queen 2023 in Thailand. Succeeding reigning titleholder Fuchsia Ann Ravena, she will attempt to achieve a back-to-back win.

Completing the winning circle are Michelle Bermudez and Barbie Alawi. Finishing as first and second runner-ups, they will also have the opportunity to compete overseas. While no designation has been made, one of them will represent the country at Miss Trans Star International 2023 in Barcelona, Spain. Whereas the other will travel to Australia for Miss Mardi Gras International Queen 2023.

Meanwhile, Anne Patricia Lorenzo as well as Tamira Ivonne Willis rounds up the Top 5 as third and fourth runner-ups, respectively.
