Hiyas ng Pilipinas 2023 Queens crowned
Marking a successful return, Hiyas ng Pilipinas concluded its second edition by crowning its newest set of queens. The pageant held its grand coronation night on November 11 at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu City.
A sea of 43 beautiful candidates vied for three prestigious titles at stake. In the end, pageant veterans Fatima Kate Bisan, Juvyel Anne Saluta, and Jackelaine Adarayan Fleming emerged victorious.

Hiyas ng Pilipinas 2023 Queens crowned
Fatima Kate Bisan
Bagging the top crown, Fatima Kate Bisan wins the title of Hiyas ng Pilipinas-Tourism World. She will compete at the Miss Tourism World 2023 pageant.
A Registered Medical Technologist, Fatima has been a household name in the local pageant scene. Competing in numerous national pageants, this includes Miss Philippines Earth 2021, Miss FIT Philippines 2021, and Binibining Pilipinas 2022.
With a two-crown advantage, Fatima will aim to win the country its third Miss Tourism World crown. The Philippines first won in 1995 with Suzanne Park Fahling and was followed by Michelle Reyes in 2002.
Last year, Justine Felizarta came ever so close as she finished 1st runner-up. Details regarding Miss Tourism World 2023 have yet to be announced.
Juvyel Anne Saluta
Claiming the title of Hiyas ng Pilipinas-Omninationational 2023 is 19-year-old Juvyel Anne Saluta. Hailing from Pandacan, Manila, she is currently a student and also works as a model.
Despite her age, Juvyel has also made her way in different local pageants. Among her notable stints are Miss FIT Philippines 2022 and Miss Manila 2023.
Juvyel will be flying to Bali, Indonesia next year for Miss Omninational. Staging its first edition in July, the pageant aims to promote peace and tolerance among all nations. Utilizing cultural and heritage exchange as well as arts and tourism awareness.
Jackelaine Adarayan Fleming
For the third and final crown, Jackelaine Adarayan Fleming takes home the Hiyas ng Pilipinas-Continental World 2023 title. This Cebuana beauty from Talisay City will be sent to Thailand in September of next year for Miss Continental World.
Another Miss FIT Philippines alumna, Jackelaine actually won the pageant in 2022. Prior to this, she appeared in the noontime variety show, It Showtime, joining its ‘Sexy Babe’ competition.
Celebrating women who are making a positive impact on the world, Miss Continental World is another emerging international beauty pageant. With the aim of providing an opportunity for women to showcase their talents and empower themselves, it focuses on fashion, tourism, and culture.
In addition to the queens, two runners-up were also awarded. Placing as first and second runners-up are Tarah Avenir Limjap of Koronadal City and Vanessa Baraquio of Pangasinan.
