Fashion Runway Manila’s “Reemerge” Show Marks a Triumphant Return By: Seth Kemuel P. Ravanzo
Last October 24, 2023, at the elegant Crimsons Hotel in the heart of Filinvest Alabang, Muntinlupa City; Fashion Runway Manila held its highly anticipated event, presenting the second show of the MTP production for the year. Titled “Reemerge,” the show symbolized a powerful comeback, encapsulating the shared global experience brought about by the pandemic-induced pause.
The show “Reemerge” symbolized the collective experience of a world on pause during the pandemic. Lives were impacted, battles were fought, and lessons were learned. But through it all, resilience prevailed. As the second show of MTP production this year, Fashion Runway Manila embraced this resilience, showcasing the stories, growth, and personal triumphs that emerged during these unprecedented times.
Aligning with the spirit of a triumphant return, the MTP production curated the works of eleven exceptional designers: Adam Balasa, Alfie Eufemio, Carl Arcusa, Frankie Say, Gladys Ayuste, JP Chua, Julius Pluma Jr., Ranel Espaldon, Thelma Abalos, Arsenio Salamat Jr., and Sheila Marie Del Rosario. Each designer showcased their unique collections, bringing their creative visions to life on the runway.

Fashion Runway Manila once again proved its status as a must-attend event, as eager audiences filled the venue to its full capacity. The mesmerizing models captivated the audience, walking the runway with grace and confidence while showcasing the breathtaking designs of the featured artists. Bursting with creativity and innovation, each collection told a story, leaving the audience in awe and fostering an appreciation for the artistry and dedication of the designers.
