2 Good To Be True: What to expect about KathNiel’s comeback teleserye
The 2 Good To Be True, the comeback breakthrough for the screen superstars and reel-and-real couples Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, is soon to premiere.
Daniel is an artist named Eloy and Kathryn is a nurse named Ali. The leading stars crossed paths at a hotel where there’s a robbery that happened. Ali believes Ely has something to do with it, so Ali is determined to prove it.
Apparently, these two keep on bumping into each other and then end up being in each other’s arms. As they learn more about each other, doubts begin to arise, but they soon discover they are truly connected, and their love is inevitable.
But hold your horses because, according to the actors and directors, it is something new and extraordinary compared to the previous series they made.
Director and other characters
The 2 Good To Be True is directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar. A director with whom the two love teams first worked together.
Moreover, you will see these bright and talented stars in the series; Ronaldo Valdez, Gloria Diaz, Irma Adlawan, Gelli de Belen, Romnick Sarmenta, Cris Villanueva, and Smokey Manaloto.
The project also includes Matt Evans, Jenny Miller, Yves Flores, Pamu Pamorada, Gillian Vicencio, Bianca de Vera, Alyssa Muhlach, and to complete the cast, Kristel Fulgar is also there.
What to expect in 2 Good To Be True?
The overall plot for this series is still hiding under the wraps. But, the director describes this as having a “feel good” rom-com element with drama that will surely make you reach your box of tissues.
And after watching the trailer, there are two things that we can guarantee about the teleserye. First, ABS-CBN collaborated with Netflix. It’ll be accessible to watch anywhere as long as you have a Netflix subscription.
Second, the storyline and the characteristic played in the story. In an exclusive interview, Daniel said that it is different from before. “Maraming dapat abangan na bago. Iba ang kwento dito sa 2 Good 2 Be true, iba rin ang characters namin dito ni Kathryn.”
While for Kathryn, “it’s not just a love story, Very relevant ang story. Maraming mata-tackle na hindi natin alam na nangyayari sa ibang tao.”
To sum it up, 2 Good To Be True is expected to be jam-packed with success, just like their previous record starting from Growing Up to The House Arrest of Us.
