Philippines wins Man Hot Star International 2023
For the second time in a row, the Philippines scores big at the Man Hot Star International competition as Filipino bet RJ De Vera bags the coveted title. Succeeding last year’s titleholder Jovy Bequillo, he achieves a historical back-to-back win for the country.
The pageant took place on November 25 at the Saensuk Grandhall of the Bangsaen Heritage Hotel in Chon Buri, Thailand. Staging its second edition, a total of nine gentlemen competed for the title.

A 23-year-old model from Gerona, Tarlac, RJ has dreamed of representing the country on a global stage since he was 17. Joining at least three national pageants, he had barely two months to prepare as he’d only been crowned last September.
Ultimately making his dream a reality, his success story is definitely an example of growth, patience, and resilience.
Kristzan Delos Santos of the US comes in as first runner-up, while Seong Hyeon-Jo of Korea finishes as second runner-up. Completing the Top 5 are Noah Chandler of Canada and Naranwach Piakhammueng of Thailand, placing as third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
