One hour after the release date, all of the songs under “Kasingkasing Dalampasigan” are seen in the top 10 charts.
Earlier this year, Anji Salvacion successfully released her new single, “Dalampasigan,” dedicated to her hometown, Siargao.
She composed this song when she was inside the PBB for a fundraising event for those affected by Typhoon Odette, including residents of Siargao.
“Thank you so much, Lord, for this beautiful blessing and the journey you’ve given me, all to you,” she wrote in a tweet.
She also expressed gratitude to ABS-CBN Music executives Rox Santos and Jonathan Manalo for providing her the chance to record “Dalampasigan” as a single.
Anji Salvacion First Solo “Feels: The Concert”
Anji’s success doesn’t stop there! After she releases her first album, she will be holding her first solo concert, virtually on April 20 called “Feels: The Concert,” where she hopes to connect with her fans.
“This is really very special and important to me. Because first of all I’ll be sharing this beautiful moment with my supporters. That’s what I’m really looking forward to as well. I can’t wait to share the bond between a performer and an audience,” Anji said.
During the virtual media conference for “Feels The Concert,” Anji expressed her desire to include a piece of her hometown of Siargao in the concert.
Siargao is where I grew up and where my parents created a family. I wanted to bring my whole family to my concert, and I wanted to sing with them all. I want to share it with them to make the moment more special, she answered.
For those who wish to buy a ticket, the SVIP and VIP tickets are already sold out. It includes admission to a Zoom after-party and the main concert link, and a behind-the-scenes documentary of the show.
However, you can still buy the ordinary ticket at KTX.ph for P199.
