How It Started
Chef Annie Carmona-Lim, known as the Chocolate Queen, started her business by baking. She battled cancer while selling her baked products. After recovering from it in 1989, she began her formal business as a supplier of baking products in a small apartment with a budget of ₱ 6,000.
Chocolate Castle
Annie wanted something unique for her business, and since it’s a fairytale for her, she decided to build a castle-like building for her business. It is a good representation both of the common products and of the customers’ views. The brown theme is similar to their name and main product, which is chocolate; the place is a paradise for the customers.
Their Products
The business started mainly as a supplier and not just a chocolate store, it offers a variety of products that one needs in baking. They have molds and cutters, baking pans, and packaging items.
