Thank you, Villagers! Veinte Pesos succeeds in helping dialysis patients
As of May 6, there are already 9,684 confirmed COVID-19 cases in our country. Still growing exponentially, a lot of people have started suffering from the chaos that the coronavirus brought. With empathy and compassion, Village Pipol Magazine launched Veinte Pesos, a donation drive for dialysis patients in this time of need.
We, from Village Pipol Magazine, are thanking every Villager that gave their support and aid to the patient members of Dialysis PH Support Group, Inc. through our Veinte Pesos donation drive.

Thank you for your generous gift to the patient members of the Dialysis PH Group Support Group, Inc. Through your donation, the Veinte Pesos drive held six batches of assistance to patient members of Dialysis PH. You truly made the difference and we are extremely grateful! Garnering at Php 60,525.42, the drive was also able to help 54 patient members of Dialysis PH who continue to undergo dialysis treatment. We, from Village Pipol Magazine under RED Entertainment, express our overwhelming gratitude.
Veinte Pesos
For the past years, Village Pipol, spearheaded by PR and Advertising Manager Josh Austria, has been supporting Dialysis PH Support Group, Inc. together with RED Sports under RED Entertainment.
As an advocate for dialysis disease awareness, RED Sports Operations Head Alexandra Faith Garcia continues to point out that they can appear healthy. However, being a CKD patient meant that they are immunocompromised and vulnerable in contracting the coronavirus.
Dialysis PH Support Group Inc. Founder Reynaldo S. Abacan Jr. remains transparent to Villagers, noting that the money will go to the patient members and their families who truly need our help.
Pioneered by RED Entertainment Founder and CEO Richie de Quiña, Veinte Pesos proves that a typical 20 pesos can save a life and help others.
We will still continue to hold the Veinte Pesos campaign for interested donors.
