Terry Selection, Inc.
Terry Selection, Inc., also known as Terry’s, was founded by Juan Carlos and Mari de Terry in 1998. It has been the primary supplier of premium and fine gourmet products and wine in the country. Juan came from a family of winemakers that have produced brandy for more than 300 years in Spain.
It goes to show where his expertise roots from. This couple has built close relationships with winemakers and producers of artisanal products. It allowed them to develop and grow various companies for forty years. They started in Spain, Mexico, and then the Philippines. Now with over 1500+ quality items of different categories.
Their menu covers a wide variety of Spanish dishes. Starting with cold and warm appetizers, sandwiches, croquettes soup, Spanish rice dishes, etc. Of course, they have their beverages, specifically wine, tea, coffee, beer, sangria, etc. They also have grazing platters and a paella kit!
Bar Pintxos
Then, the Bar Pintxos. This restaurant was established in 2015 but its story began in the year 2003. It was a collaboration between Tinchu Gonzales and Miguel Vecin who had a burning passion for good food. They first launched their brand Tierra de España in 2003. And, it is where they offered recipes of locally produced chorizos and smoked meats.
However, it was not their plan to open a restaurant. Yet, opportunities knocked, and they took them in open arms. That was the birth of Bar Pintxos in 2015. In the following year, another branch opened in BGC. Today, Bar Pintxos continuously serves the utmost quality Spanish food and drinks. Like Terry’s, Bar Pintxos’ menu has a wide selection of Spanish dishes. Their menu has categories: Para Picar, Pintxos, Tapas, and Charcuteria.

Last but not least, Txoko Asador. This newest Spanish asador restaurant in Makati is quite interesting. Why? Because it is under the guardianship of Alex del Hoyo Gomez and Miguel Vecin. Yes, Bar Pintxos and Txoko are co-managed by the same person. No wonder they offer the best Spanish food here in Manila. This restaurant offers excellent Spanish dishes. All that you would enjoy in a cozy environment.
Moreover, Txoko’s menu has cold and hot appetizers, salads, mains, and house specialties. Some of their must-try Spanish foods are Pan con Tomate Y Jamon, Boquerones, Callos, Paella Campero. Also, Pulpo A la Brasa, Cuarto de Lechazo, and Coulant de Chocolate Y Foie.
