Regular exfoliation prevents the recurrence of acne and promotes skin clarity.

An example of an exfoliant is Alpha Hydroxyl Acid or AHA. AHA helps in getting rid of dead skin cells, and excess oil prevents bacterial overgrowth and unclogs pores. This makes AHA ideal for reducing breakouts.
