Peru wins Reina Hispanoamericana 2022; Philippines lands in the Top 14
Una nueva reina ha sido nombrada! Felicidades to Arlette Rujel of Peru for winning Reina Hispanoamericana 2022. Succeeding Andrea Bazarte of Mexico, she becomes the first Peruvian woman to clinch the crown.
The pageant’s coronation night took place at the Salón Sirionó Expocruz in Sta. Cruz, Bolivia on March 25 (March 26 local time). Meanwhile, Philippine Candidate Ingrid Santamaria placed in the Top 14. By winning the online fan vote, she was the first semifinalist to be called.
