Breast cancer awareness is a campaign that raise awareness about breast cancer. It is more on promoting early detection and providing accurate information. More than anything, this is also a way to support the people dealing with this disease.

This campaign is globally observed during the month of October. Awareness is everything, but the primary goal of this campaign is to encourage the women to undergo regular screenings.

As well as educating people about the symptoms and signs, prevention, research, treatment, and cure for breast cancer patients.

What does this campaign features?

First is that it features the Pink Ribbon Symbolism. This ribbon is a reminder of how important early detection, research and support for the people dealing with it.

Early Detection is as important as this symbolism. As women, we need regular breast exams and mammograms to improve the chances of successful treatment. Also, encouraging them to conduct this check up is the fundamental part of this campaign.

Next, is educate the public about this disease. It is not just for patients but also for others that has a relative, sister or daughter that is affected by the disease. This campaign provides information about the risks, factors, signs, and treatment options for breast cancer.
