Must-have medicine you have to bring when you travel
When it comes to traveling, you have to be completely prepared. Everything has to go according to plan – according to the travel itinerary. You have to make sure you brought things to protect you, make you feel comfortable, and keep you safe.
The -ber months are coming. If you’re planning on going on a trip with your loved ones, these things should definitely be in your carry-ons. After all, you just want to enjoy this getaway and have fun.
Aside from vitamins, here are must-have medicine you have to bring when you travel
Meclizine or Bonamine
This is the medicine used for people who get dizzy during trips. Take 1 tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before you travel. It is enough for the whole 24 hours, so you do not have to worry about getting dizzy even if it is a long trip.
Antacid
You can take Kremil-S for this, and it is best used for people who have hyperacidity. I highly recommend buying the chewable one because it is more effective.
Hyoscine
The common medicine for this is Buscopan. This medicine is best for people who often get their stomach hurt after eating. You can drink it every 8 hours if necessary.
Oral Rehydration Salts
Since the weather is so hot, it can cause the food to spoil sooner, resulting in diarrhea. Because of this, you should hydrate yourself using ORS.
Paracetamol
This is the most important medicine to bring when you travel. This is effective for headaches and pain in your body.
Take note, if symptoms persist then consult your doctor.
Reminders:
If you do not feel well the day before your planned trip, I highly suggest that you do not continue to travel. Aside from the fact that there is a high possibility that you will get sicker, you might also worry about the people around you.
Instead of enjoying the proposed itinerary on your vacation, they will look out for you more. Also, you will easily feel better when you stay at home and take a rest. Looking out for yourself should be your first priority. Remember that health is wealth.
Take care on your future travels and make sure not to forget to add these medicine to your “to bring” list!
