Miss International 2023 to take place in October
A new queen will once again blossom in the land of the rising sun. As its home-based country, Miss International will be staging its 2023 finals in Japan. Happening on October 26, it will take place at the Yoyogi Gymnasium No. 2 in Shibuya, Tokyo.
The Miss International Organization made the announcement through a social media post on March 30. Its caption reads:
“Are you ready for #MissInternational2023? Tell us what you want to see at this year’s 61st edition! And don’t forget to support your delegate as we bring you the biggest and most exciting Miss International edition of all!”
Jasmin Salberg of Germany will be crowning her successor at the end of the event.

Currently, there are 14 confirmed candidates for the competition, this includes Philippine bet Nicole Borromeo. Preparing since winning the crown last year, Nicole will aim to snatch the country’s seventh Miss International crown.

A powerhouse country at the pageant, The Philippines is only behind Venezuela (8) with the most Miss International wins. The country is also on its 3-year active placement streak, starting in 2018.
Last year, Bb. Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold made it into the Top 15. She’s the only candidate from Asia to penetrate the semi-finals.
