McCoy de Leon admits parting ways with Elisse Joson
Actor McCoy de Leon on Wednesday publicly apologized in the wake of speculations about his relationship with Elisse Joson, hence confirming their breakup.
The 27-year-old wrote on his Instagram stories:
“Sorry po, pasensya na po sa inyong lahat. Hindi po totoo ‘yung mga convo na kumakalat, hindi po ako ‘yun. Pasensya na po ulit.”
Before this statement, images of his purported private communications with another woman and their intimate selfie went viral on social media, sparking rumors of a third party.
“Wala po(ng) involve na ibang tao ang pinaka rason kaya kami naghiwalay. Sana po maniwala po kayo. Sadyang dumating lang po sa point na sobrang bigat lang ng problema kaya po ako sumuko,” de Leon continued.
Although confirming their separation, the actor did not explain further the “problem” that led to his split with Joson, the mother of their one-year-old child, Felize.
Meanwhile, in another post on Instagram, De Leon penned a message for their daughter. He revealed that he had not been in contact with her.
“Sana pag tanda mo wag magbago tingin kay daddy ha. Pasensya na kung hindi lang talaga nakaya ni daddy. Sana maikwento ko sayo pagtanda mo,” De Leon said.
Furthermore, he added,
“Lagi mong tatandaan na mahal kita. IKAW lang ang makakaintindi sa akin. IKAW lang ang maasahan ko. IKAW lang ang lahat lahat ko.”
In July 2016, De Leon and Joson became housemates in the reality game show, “Pinoy Big Brother.” The two developed chemistry during their stay, paving the birth of an onscreen love team that would soon cross reality.
