Knit and crochet dresses are the new go-to item to wear!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of us have ventured into circulating our clothing quite well. We have started to clean out our wardrobes and closets. We also started tossing items into the trash or donating them to people who needed them more. However, that doesn’t stop us from looking for more items that would tickle our fancy. On the other hand, these items must remain functional, comfortable, and fashionable enough for that quick trip outside of the house in the midst of the pandemic. Say hello to your new best friend – knit and crochet dresses. Especially with our local Shopee IT girl Ashley Garcia parading on Instagram with her very own.
Knit and crochet dresses are the new go-to item to wear!
The last year has forced us to keep ourselves busy with a hobby. A lot of people started to learn knitting and crocheting. Even I learned how to crochet – I have been making myself my own crochet tops for a while now. And, even though PAG-ASA has announced the start of the rainy season, it’s still hot as fuck outside. Enter; knit and crochet dresses. These pieces come with all the comforts one gets from our beloved knitwear while having the appearance of a fully considered outfit.
To be honest, I have recently become invested in bright, super stretchy styles, and I don’t see myself looking back.
Knit and crochet dresses feel super comfortable. Plus, the color and print look bright and playful, too. No wonder it has achieved cult status! Aside from that, you can also try a monogram knitted cut-out dress. Or a mini dress! It has a print that is going nowhere and is surely an upgrade on the usual ‘party dress.’ Go with bare legs and this season’s must-have 90’s-approved platform flip flops or a pair of white classic sneakers. If you feel swamped in maxi-length knit and crochet dresses, you can go for mini dresses. Nobody wants to down in wool!
It’s smart enough to take you through a day of online meetings. Aside from that, it also provides a soft and airy feel that remains perfect when lounging around the house.
However, for maximum comfort, a longer length and a baggy fit will remain ideal. Knit and crochet dresses will undoubtedly become the easiest outfit for tricky transitional dressing. Moreover, you’re ready for a long day of relaxing in style. wear these with slides for the ultimate smart-but-comfy dressing or slip on a pair of boots for drinks in the evening sun.
