Julia Montes sets to return in showbiz with 24/7 TV series

After a year of hiatus, Julia Montes is finally coming back in showbiz with an upcoming action drama series 24/7. In a video posted on Instagram by Dreamscape where she is undergoing arnis and firing training, the actress said, “Bagong Julia ulit ang makikita nila.”

On January 27, story conference of the show was held. It was revealed that for the first time, Julia will be partnered with Arjo Atayde in a TV project.

Moreover, other cast members are Melissa Ricks, Matt Evans, Matt Evans, Pen Medina, Anna Luna, Meryll Soriano, Joem Bascon, Alora Sasam, and Patrick Sugui.

Last Thursday, January 23, Dreamscape released a teaser for the 24-year-old actress’ comeback series since Asintado in 2018.

Early January, Julia’s talent management company Cornerstone Entertainment confirmed that she is making a showbiz comeback this year after spending time with her dad in Germany.

24/7 will be directed by Manny Palo, the director of The General’s Daughter. Direk Manny also worked with Julia on her previous projects, Muling Buksan Ang Puso (2013) and Doble Kara (2015-2017).

In fact, with her impressive TV series records in the past years, Julia is now considered as the Daytime Drama Queen of her generation.
