Ed Sheeran has written another song for BTS!

Ed Sheeran recently talked about an upcoming collaboration with none other than the global icon group, BTS. It happened in a recent interview on the American radio show, Most Requested Live. The English singer-songwriter revealed he wrote another song for the K-pop group. He shared,

“I’ve actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I’ve just written a song for their new record. And they are like super, super cool guys as well.”

On June 27, BTS’s agency Big Hit Music confirmed that Ed Sheeran has indeed participated in a new song. The band earlier announced that they will release a new song, along with the CD version of their single Butter on July 9. However, it remains unclear whether or not this song will become a collab between the two or a totally different single. When asked about the release date, Big Hit Music said that it will be difficult to confirm the details if the song will also come in July.

Meanwhile, on Twitter, BTS fans aka the ARMY couldn’t help but feel excited about this big collab.
