5 Steps to buy Ticket at SM Tickets
Step 1: Log in or Register to SM Tickets
Log into your SM Tickets account or register for free if you don’t have one. Once logged in you will be transfered to the main page where you can see all the available events and shows.
Step 2: Select Your Preferred Seat
On the event page, select “Select Section to choose your preferred seat section”. Then, a virtual seat plan will appear, allowing you to see the available and taken seat. Once you click one of the available seat the box will turn into blue, which indicate your seat. Then review your tickets in the order summary.

Step 3: Choose your preferred Payment Method
Select a payment method. Tick the box of The Terms and Conditions and The Consent, then click “Proceed to Payment.”

Once you’ve chosen a payment method you will be moved to a form where you will enter your payment details. Once payment is successful this confirmation will appear and you will receive a confirmation email.
