Solaire Resort North: 24 Hours of Comfort and Flavor

A 24-Hour Escape at Solaire Resort North
Quezon City finally has a five-star integrated resort—Solaire Resort North. This destination blends food-forward itineraries with laid-back moments of quiet luxury. To check out some of the best bits they have to offer, we went and stayed over Solaire Resort North. From that, we curated the perfect 24-hour guide to help you with your next staycation.
The Premium Hotel Experience

The hotel experience is, by most measures, excellent. The accommodations are a highlight. Even the entry-level Deluxe Room offers a comfortable and opulent 42-square-meter space.
The rooms include luxurious amenities such as plush beds, spacious bathrooms with separate rain showers and bathtubs, and complimentary high-speed internet. You also get an amazing view towering over a side of Quezon City.
24k Flavors with Café Mangrove
Café Mangrove is Solaire Resort North’s all-day dining restaurant. It offers an approachable menu of comfort favorites such as hearty burgers, light seafood, salads, and all-day staples. Each dish is prepared with modern flair and fresh ingredients.

The restaurant is polished enough to feel upscale but still relaxed for easy conversation. This balance makes it perfect for group meals or solo coffee breaks.
One of the highlights of their current seasonal dishes is the 24k Magic Golden Burger. It features a 200g US Wagyu patty, pork adobo flakes, provolone, a gold-dusted charcoal brioche, and edible gold leaf.
The burger is rich, and the meat is perfectly cooked. The pork adobo flakes complement the US wagyu patty, while the slight sweetness of pineapple balances everything out. Together, it makes for a very satisfying bite.
The 24k Magic Golden Burger is part of Solaire’s Your Play Your Way promo. This features gold-elevated dishes and sips fit for those who enjoy premium dining.
Kapampangan-Inspired Delicacies by Manyaman
Manyaman is a Filipino restaurant like no other, and we say this with confidence. Inspired by Kapampangan cuisine, their menu is built around familiar flavors with just the right amount of flair. This reimagines our classic dishes into something innovative.

Upon entering the restaurant, you’ll be greeted by traditional Filipino interiors and hospitable staff. Both help make the experience feel homey.
Some of the dishes in our must-order list are:
- Tinapa Salad (P340): A fresh salad starter with shredded green papaya at the base. This is complemented by the saltiness of smoked bangus and the tanginess of fish sauce vinaigrette.
- Sisig (P360): A Kapampangan rendition with grilled marinated pork mask, red onion, and kalamansi. It comes with the unique addition of a thin fried crisp on top.
- Kare-Kare (P720): A Filipino classic with Australian beef cheek, beef tripe, oxtail, vegetables, and a delectable roasted peanut sauce.
- Hipon sa Aligue (P1,250): Fresh prawns sautéed in aligue and coconut milk sauce. Rich flavors make the dish unforgettable.
- Crispy Lechon Kawali Menudo (P1,400): Twice-cooked pork belly with a menudo sauce reduction. It is paired with confit potatoes and sous vide carrots for a modern twist.
- Bulalo (P810): USDA beef shank prepared into a deep broth with saging na saba and corn. Simple and comforting, this soup will surely have you going back for seconds.
Along with these delicacies, don’t skip dessert. Some recommendations include:
- Tibok-Tibok (P180): A smooth and silky milk pudding with latik and sweet corn ice cream. This is a traditional Kapampangan dessert.
- Chocolate Champorado Tart and Salted Caramel Ice Cream (P250): A modern twist on a classic. A chocolate tart shell holds champorado topped with dilis, vanilla sauce, and salted caramel ice cream.
The 24K Magic Cocktail Experience at Skybar
The night is far from over once you head up to Solaire Resort North’s 38th floor, home to Skybar.

Dim lighting, live music, and amazing cocktails create the perfect atmosphere. Skybar is a cozy late-night nook ideal for hanging out with friends. With a panoramic view of Quezon City, it is also a beautiful spot for date nights.
Continuing the 24k series, the 24K Magic Cocktail (Php 999++) is a must-try. This luxe twist on the espresso martini, flecked with gold, matches perfectly with the burger from earlier in the day. If that’s not your choice, the regular cocktail menu also offers well-made options.
Relax and Rejuvenate at Solaire Spa

For wellness, the Solaire Spa and Massage offers a wide range of services. Guests can enjoy experimental showers, steam rooms, a sauna, hot beds, a hot tub, and even a cold plunge.
You can also book a Swedish or Combination Massage with their skilled therapists. The session begins with a relaxing foot soak, followed by attentive care throughout. After the massage, guests enjoy complimentary tea.
The Swedish massage costs ₱4,100 for 60 minutes or ₱5,100 for 90 minutes.
Mornings at Fresh International Breakfast Buffet

A good breakfast is the best way to start the day, and Fresh International Breakfast Buffet delivers. For those who love variety, Fresh offers more than five cuisines, including Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Western.
Some must-try dishes include lomi, self-service chilled taho, garlic rice with tinapa, American sausages and bacon, Korean pancakes, and Japanese rolls. The buffet also offers fresh fruit juices, a chocolate batirol station, and an extensive bread and pastry spread.
