Sky and Sea Connecting the World
The limited-edition Keshiki models incorporating dial colours representing the sky and sea connecting the world, began with the desire of Orient Star worn by people around the globe. Inspired by the theme of snowlight, these models feature dials that capture a scene where light reflects off snow-covered ground, softly illuminating the lower surroundings. Furthermore, the new blue grey dial features a deep navy blue gradation in the upper half, evoking the gentle contrast of light and shadow found in serene winter snowscapes. The quiet flow of time in the picturesque scene also lends the watches a poetic atmosphere.
The sporty Modern Skeleton and Semi Skeleton models from the Contemporary Collection feature distinctive open work dials, the Roman numerals XII in a rose-gold colour evoking the floating moon, as well as small-seconds, second, and power reserve hands, also in the same colour, providing a contrast to the blue grey dial. Grey hour and minute hands blend into the calm, snow-lit landscape.
The small Classic Semi Skeleton from the Classic Collection features an understated blue dial, with rose gold-coloured hands and crown adding a subtle flourish.
