The company also received the Sustainable Workplace Award for its strong sustainability practices. The honors, presented during HR Asia’s awards ceremony in Pasay City on August 26, 2025.

HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia is a recognition program that honors organizations identified by their employees as top employers of choice, known for high engagement and excellent workplace cultures. Winners, selected based on employee survey results benchmarked against market scores, along with a presentation to the selection panel.
The Sustainable Workplace Awards program recognizes organizations, which exemplify unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices and also have demonstrated exceptional leadership in fostering a culture of sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
