Making Our Moment: Visiting Bohol with the All-New OPPO Reno14 F 5G

Arriving in Tagbilaran beneath the midday heat, we were greeted with a delightful lunch at The Prawn Farm overlooking a scenic lake.

Mithi Resort and Spa

Just when we thought we couldn’t get enough of Bohol’s hospitality, Mithi Resort and Spa in Dauis became our home for the next three days. Located beside the sea and surrounded by lush greenery, Mithi is a hidden haven where serenity and luxury meet.

The villas, designed with a blend of modern comfort and tropical charm, became our retreat after long days of exploring the island. Its vast pools, perfectly settled by the view of the ocean, created a paradise only Bohol can offer.

One of the highlights was the white sand beach just a few steps away from our comfort.

Far from the usual city lights we Manileños see, this all-natural glow from our little firefly friends illuminated our hearts.

Their performance served not just as entertainment but as a reminder of the island’s culture and spirit shared by everyone present.

With the simple dance number, the Oppo Reno14 F captured every single movement of the Loboc Children’s Choir with no problems.

Hinagdanan Cave

On our second day in Panglao, the morning was spent exploring Hinagdanan Cave. Situated down a flight of stairs, locals used to hide in the cave during the Japanese war. Notable for its stalactites, stalagmites, and a clear lagoon that is about 10 to 20 meters deep, tourists ensure they don’t miss this in their itinerary.

Since the cave did not get much sunlight, the surroundings were dim. But the Oppo Reno14 F’s capacity to capture low-light areas did not disappoint. Hinagdanan Cave’s mix of shadows, reflections, and water made it tricky but rewarding to capture.

Beach Party at Mithi Resort and Spa

As the sun set on our second day, the beach party began. Guests were entertained by a fire dance show and also a massive fireworks display that lit up the night sky.

By late evening, the celebration continued with music, food, and drinks, accompanied by the island’s gentle breeze. Everyone gathered to celebrate the wins of the day and of course, the launching and campaign of the much-awaited AI-phone.

OPPO also hosted a content showcase where participants shared their best shots using the OPPO Reno14 Series 5G taken during the trip.

What’s a vacation without a cruise? On our final day in Bohol, the OPPO team treated us to a Sunrise Cruise. Cruising along the Bohol sea, who knew mornings on the water could be this fun?
